Tinopolis PLC14 October 2005 14 October 2005 Possible Acquisition Tinopolis Plc ('Tinopolis' or the 'Company')(LSE: TIN.L), the Llanelli-basedtelevision and new media producer, can confirm that it has entered intodiscussions with television production company The Television Corporation Plc('TV Corp')(LSE: TCP.L) that may or may not lead to an offer for TV Corp. Thisis in line with the Company's stated intention to grow its business organicallyand through acquisition. Any offer, if made, is likely to be in Tinopolis shares and cash. Note to Editors: Tinopolis Plc is one of the UK's leading independent television and new mediaproducers. Based in Llanelli, Tinopolis employs 145 people. The company produces a wide range of television programmes and animation for broadcasters in the UK and around the world. In the new media field Tinopolis produces a range of interactive, training and education materials for clients including the Ministry of Defence, the University for Industry, the WDA, Scottish Enterprise, the BBC and ACCAC. Tinopolis listed on the London Stock Exchange earlier this year.
