('Innovation Group' or the 'Company')
On 20 June 2014 the following executive directors of the Company and other persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") were granted options over ordinary shares of 2 pence each under the Company's all-employee UK Sharesave Plan (the "UK Plan") as summarised below:

The options each have an exercise price of 29.565pence per ordinary share.
The options under the UK Plan will ordinarily become exercisable for a period of 6 months commencing on 1 September 2017.
No consideration was paid for the grant of the options.
The Company was informed by the executive directors and the other PDMR of the above transaction on 20 June 2014.
This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
