Grant of Share Options

Crimson Tide plc announces that on 5 November 2008 it granted options to employees over 7,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 1p per share. These options have been issued under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme.
These EMI options are exercisable between the second and tenth anniversaries of the date of grant provided that the target share price is achieved, being a bid price of 2.5p in the preceding 5 business days.
All options were issued to employees of the Company, no options were issued to Directors.
