Notification of transactions of Directors

Digital Barriers plc ("the Company") was advised that, John Christopher Banks, Non-Executive Director, and Rupert Keeley, Non-Executive Director, have acquired 15,000 and 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company respectively, both at a price of 160 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, John Christopher Banks is interested in 115,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.26% of the Company's issued share capital and Rupert Keeley is interested in 20,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights is 43,532,500.
