Thruvision Group plc (AIM: THRU), ("Thruvision" the "Company" or, together with its subsidiary undertakings, the "Group") the specialist provider of people-screening technology to the global security market, announces that on 3 November 2017, Tom Black, Executive Chairman of Thruvision, notified the Board of dealings in ordinary shares in the Company.
Tom Black informed the Company of the purchase of 516,303 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 16 pence per share, a total of £85,609. Following this transaction, Tom Black's total shareholding in the company is 9,835,735 Ordinary Shares representing 5.96% of the Company's current total issued share capital and total voting rights.
