Brimtek Contract Award

- $5.9m contract with major US Federal Agency under Brimtek procurement framework -

Digital Barriers plc (the "Group"), the specialist provider of visually intelligent solutions to the global surveillance, security and safety markets, is pleased to announce that its recently acquired US subsidiary, Brimtek, has secured a significant contract with a major US Federal law enforcement agency.

The contract, which is valued at approximately $5.9 million, was awarded under a procurement framework agreement held by Brimtek and will see the Group provide a range of specialist surveillance equipment to the agency customer. The contract is to be delivered in the first half of FY17.

Today's contract award highlights the rationale for our acquisition of Brimtek, which will enable us to sell and deliver progressively more of our technologies into the US surveillance market."
