Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was today informed that Paul Johnson, a director of the Company has today acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 2.2 pence each.
Following the above mentioned acquisition, Paul Johnson and his closely associated persons are beneficially interested in 33,250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.13 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
