Total voting rights

In conformity with DTR 5.6.1, THG (THG.L) would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital comprises 970,646,554 ordinary voting shares of £0.005 ("Shares"). The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury. The Company's issued share capital also comprises other classes of unlisted share none of which have voting rights as at the date of this announcement.

The total number of voting rights attributable to the Shares is therefore 970,646,554.

The above figure (970,646,554) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Shares under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
