Terrace Hill Group plc (the "Company")
Grant of Security over Shareholding
The Company was notified on 21 January 2009 by Robert Adair, Chairman of the Company, that 111,866,071 and 16,890,168 ordinary shares of 2p each of the Company ("THG Shares") owned by him and family trusts have been used as security for personal loans with HBOS plc and HSBC Holdings plc respectively that were entered into on 18 May 2006 and 27 May 2008 respectively.
The Company was also notified on 21 January 2009 by Robert Adair, Chairman of the Company, that on 12 January 2007 he entered into trust arrangements with Lloyds of London in respect of 835,000 THG Shares to provide security for insurance underwriting.
