Share Buy-Back
The board announces that on 9 December 2015 the Company purchased 740,000 of its shares at a price of 43.83 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury and in total there are now 1,140,000 shares currently in treasury. This purchase was made in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and with a board authority to buy back up to £1,000,000 of the Company's shares.
The Company advises that, following this purchase, the Company's issued share capital remains unchanged at 25,067,522. The total number of shares with voting rights is now 23,927,522. This figure represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
