Publication of prospectus

Further to the announcement of 30 January 2019, the Board of Thalassa (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the Company has issued a prospectus in connection with its admission to listing of its ordinary shares (the "Ordinary Shares") on the standard listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") and admission to trading on the main market for listed securities (the "Main Market") of London Stock Exchange plc (the "London Stock Exchange") (together, "Admission").

The Prospectus was approved by the UK Listing Authority on 1 February 2019 and is available to be viewed on the Company's website at: www.thalassaholdingsltd.com. The Prospectus will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where it will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence at 8.00 am on 6 February 2019. Trading in the Company's shares on AIM will be cancelled simultaneously with Admission.

The Company is not raising any funds or issuing any new shares in connection with Admission. The Company's TIDM code on the London Stock Exchange will continue to be THAL and its ISIN will remain VGG878801031 and its SEDOL number B2QZ9D8. On Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will be 25,567,522 shares, including 7,715,247 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
