Loan repayment
Following the loan agreement entered into between Duncan Soukup and the Company, as announced on 11 May 2009, the Company announces that it has repaid USD$580,000 to Duncan Soukup. The remaining balance owed to Mr Soukup under this loan is reduced to USD$218,680.
Mr Soukup also has a further loan outstanding to the Company of USD$481,939, the terms of which were announced by the Company on 9 June 2008.
The outstanding balance owed by the Company to Mr Soukup is USD$700,619 under both loan agreements.
