Thalassa's subsidiary id4 delivers Client Space solution

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation 596/2014.

id4 is pleased to announce that it has successfully delivered a Client Space solution to Geneva Management Group, a Swiss based group that comprises a regulated manager of collective assets and Independent Asset Manager companies, collectively referred as "GMG".

The id4 Client Space solution, delivered using cloud-based technology, will enable GMG to onboard clients remotely and to review KYC profiles periodically with the following functionalities:

● Online identification and electronic signature 

● Guided Client Onboarding 

● Automated Screening 

● Investment Profiling

● FCC Risk Calculation 

● Task management

The deployment of a flexible, and off-the-shelf solution will enable our client to streamline its onboarding processes whilst simultaneously meeting ever-increasing regulatory obligations.

As announced on 30 July 2021 Anemoi International Ltd ("Anemoi") and the shareholders of id4 have entered into a non-legally binding Heads of Terms which set out the key terms of the proposed acquisition of the entire issued share capital of id4 by Anemoi (the "Acquisition"). Negotiations are continuing and the Board will provide a further update in due course.
