Amendment to Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association

Further to the Company's announcements of 4 October 2018 (Issue of Preference Shares) and 10 May 2019 (Cancellation of Preference Shares), Thalassa announces that, pursuant to and in accordance with article 109 of the Company's articles of association, a resolution was passed by the directors of the Company on 6 September 2019 approving a revised memorandum and articles of association ("Amended Articles") which removes the preference shares and rights attached thereto. The Amended Articles have been adopted by the Company and a copy will be available on Thalassa's website at http://thalassaholdingsltd.com/company-documents.htm.
