Touchstone Gold Limited (AIM:TGL) ("Touchstone" or the "Company")

Holding(s) in the Company

London, 26 May 2015 - Following the announcement on 15 May detailing a £450,000 fundraising and subsequent admission of 75,000,000 new common shares of the Company to AIM, the following shareholders have notified the Company of their shareholdings on 26 May 2015:

· Arrigoni Investments Inc. (AIC) that its shareholding of 80,366,000 common shares represents 11.80% of the Company's issued share capital;

· Mr Ilyas Khan that his aggregate beneficial ownership of 59,633,855 common shares represents 8.76% of the Company's issued share capital (held as to: Pennine Capital Limited, 23,000,000 common shares; ECK Partners Holdings Limited, 22,720,859 common shares; and Stanhill Special Situations Fund Limited, 13,912,996 common shares); and

· Inversiones Y Asesorias El Cardonal SA (IAEC) that its shareholding of 48,608,000 common shares represents 7.14% of the Company's issued share capital.
