VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with the Transparency Directive we would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 31 August 2016, the capital of TwentyFour Income Fund Limited (the “Company”) consists of 377,314,151 ordinary shares of 1 p each.
Therefore as at 31 August 2016, the total number of voting rights for ordinary shareholders in the Company is 377,314,151.
The above details may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations, by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
