Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that as at 28 February the total number of ordinary shares of 1p in issue is 294,334,310, with each share carrying the right to one vote.

The Company has no ordinary shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 294,334,310. This figure of 294,334,310 ordinary shares may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
