Holding in Company
The Company was todayΒ notifiedΒ thatΒ Mr Steven PoultonΒ has transferred his entire holding of 8,550,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Asterion AV Ltd ("Asterion"), a company of which Mr Poulton is a director. Following the transfer Asterion has an interest in 10,408,529 Ordinary Shares, representing approximatelyΒ 6.17% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.Β
