Board Change

Triple Place Junction plc announces the resignation of Geoff Walsh, Chief Executive Officer due to personal reasons. His resignation will take effect from 25 August 2009. Geoff's day to day responsibilities will be assumed by David Lees pending the appointment of a full-time Chief Executive Officer.

Ian Gowrie-Smith, Chairman, commented :

"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Geoff for his considerable contribution towards the development of TPJ since its foundation. His experience and expertise have been of incredible value as we have driven the Company forward through this developmental era. The Board wishes him all the best in his future ventures."
