Notification of Transaction of Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 14 January 2015 that Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, purchased 17,554 ordinary shares of the Company on that day at a price of £1.41 per share. The shares represent 0.033% of the issued share capital of the company.

Following this transaction Mr Reeve's total beneficial holding stands at 110,870 shares being 0.21% of the issued share capital of the Company.
