Notification of Transaction of Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 23 March 2015 that Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, purchased 12,505 ordinary shares of the Company on 23 March at a price of 142.5p per share. The shares represent 0.024% of the issued share capital of the company.

Following this transaction Mr Reeve's total beneficial holding stands at 123,375 shares being 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
