Notification of Transactions of Directors
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.(R), the following Directors notified the Company on 2 September 2013 of the exercise of their options under the 2010 Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme ("SAYE"), details of which are below:

The SAYE is an all employee scheme operated for UK employees which was approved by shareholders in February 2005. The options are exercisable at the end of a three year saving plan.
