Notification of a Transaction of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
Treatt announces that on 27 June 2014 Douglas Rash, the VP Global Sales of Treatt USA, was awarded 46,537 Restricted Stock Units under the Treatt Plc Long Term Incentive Plan, approved by shareholders at the AGM in February 2014.
The Restricted Stock Units, which are nil cost, are subject to continued employment within the Treatt Group and performance criteria based upon average annual growth in pre-exceptional basic earnings per share over a three year period. The Restricted Stock Units only vest if the performance criteria is satisfied at the date of vesting. Performance above a minimum threshold triggers vesting on a pro rata basis rising incrementally to 100%.
