Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

Further to the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, the total number of voting rights in ordinary shares of 5p of Telecom plus plc at the date of this notice is 66,431,898.

There are 2,599,965 shares held in treasury.

The above figure (66,431,898) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Telecom plus plc, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
