Notifications of Transactions of Directors/ Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Telecom Plus PLC received notification today from Julian Schild, Deputy Chairman and Senior Non Executive Director, of the following purchases of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Mr Schild purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 649.0 pence each on 14 February 2012 and 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 647.5 pence each on 15 February 2012.

Mr Schild therefore now has an interest in 82,624 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.12 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.
