Notification and public disclosure by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
In accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, Telecom Plus PLC makes the following announcement and notification following the sale of 25,226 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 3 July 2017 by Andrew Lindsay, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, pursuant to participation in the tender offer announced by the Company on 20 June 2017.
Following this transaction, Andrew has an interest in 357,448 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.46 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.
