Notification and public disclosure by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Telecom Plus PLC received notification today that Charles Wigoder, Executive Chairman, disposed of 2.5 million ordinary shares in the Company of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 26 June 2020 ("the Disposal"). The Disposal was conducted through Peel Hunt and Numis Securities in order to meet strong institutional demand and enable him to diversify his personal investment portfolio. Mr Wigoder remains clearly aligned with the long-term growth and success of the Company, and has confirmed that he will not sell any further Ordinary Shares for at least 12 months (subject to waiver by Peel Hunt and Numis Securities and to certain customary exceptions).
Mr Wigoder remains the largest personal shareholder with a beneficial interest in 9,419,759 Ordinary Shares and a non-beneficial interest in 4,092,683 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.0 per cent. and 5.2 per cent. respectively of the total voting rights in the Company.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in which Mr Wigoder retains an interest is 13,512,442 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 17.2 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.
