Telecom Plus PLC06 April 2005 Telecom plus plc Appointment of a director The board of Telecom plus plc is pleased to announce the appointment of StephenDavid John Davis as Finance Director with effect from 11 April 2005. RichardMichell will retire as Finance Director on the same date and as a full-timeExecutive Director of the Company at the end of August, following which he willremain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Stephen has worked for BDO Stoy Hayward, the UK's 6th largest accounting andbusiness advisory practice, for over 20 years. Having joined from university in1983, Stephen became a partner in 1991. He has advised clients across variousbusiness sectors, both privately owned and quoted, and since 1995 has beensignificantly involved in leading the firm, initially as head of a strategicbusiness unit and from 2000, on the main Board, with direct responsibility forthe London office. Latterly, Stephen has been instrumental in setting up aninnovative telecoms joint venture, and been a non-executive director of BDO'sinvestment management subsidiary.
