Further to its announcement on 6 June 2012, the Company's announces that, on the same day, it posted a circular to shareholders convening a general meeting to be held at 1.00pm on 22 June 2012 at Westmarch House, 42 Eaton Avenue, Buckshaw Village, Chorley, PR7 7NA.
