Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has been informed today that Janet Holland, the wife of David Holland, a non-executive director of the Company, today transferred a total of 375,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to her three daughters for nil consideration. Following these transfers, David Holland is now beneficially interested in 559,003 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.93% of the current issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
