Directors'Â Dealings
The Company is pleased to announce that, on 15 July 2008, Jim Furlong, Land Director, acquired 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence in the Company at a price of 70 pence per share. Mr Furlong now has a beneficial interest in 1,244,973 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.3% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
