The Company announces that it has been informed that on 3 July 2012 James Henry Furlong, Land Director, acquired 11,320 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 102.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr. Furlong now has a beneficial interest in 1,345,270 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.72% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
