Notification of Transactions of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company has been notified of the following transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs").
On 12 January 2018, Lindsay Page, Chief Operating Officer, exercised and sold options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2013 in respect of 28,393 Ordinary Shares in the Company. As a result of the transaction, there was no change in Lindsay Page's shareholding and as such he holds 81,229 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Lindsay Page also holds options in respect of a further 72,765 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2013.
The attached notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail of this transaction, together with details of additional transactions by certain PDMRs.
