Blocklisting application
Application has been made for the admission of 6,500,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company (the "Shares'') to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and may be issued pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the employee share schemes Ted Baker Long Term Incentive Plan 2020, Ted Baker Incentive Plan 2020 and Ted Baker Sharesave Scheme 2020.
On issue, the Shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares. It is expected that admission of the Shares will be effective on 1 March 2021.
