He replaces Petr Koeeek. In his new position synergies withEurotel and identification of high profit potential areas will belong to maintasks of Mr. Botas. Antonio Botas has over 15 years of experience in the fields of operative andstrategic marketing, business development, and management. He has worked in avariety of positions for several international, especially American, companies,where he managed and co-ordinated large international teams. Prior to joiningCESKY TELECOM he spent five years working for Terra (a member of the TelefonicaGroup); in his last year with Terra, he was the company's ExecutiveVice-President of Central Marketing and Global Sales. The Board of Directors also placed Ramon Rose in the newly created position ofChief Corporate Development Officer. He will be responsible for a fastembodiment of CESKY TELECOM and Eurotel into the Telefonica Group.
