Tinkoff PDMRs acquire additional GDRs

Limassol, Cyprus - 21 December 2018. TCS Group Holding PLC (TCS LI) (the "Group"), Russia's leading provider of online retail financial and lifestyle services via its Tinkoff.ru financial supermarket, has been notified of transactions by its PDMRs: Sergei Pirogov, VP for Corporate Finance at Tinkoff Bank, and Anatoly Makeshin, VP for Payment Systems at Tinkoff Bank.
