Tricorn Group PLC31 January 2008 Tricorn Group plc ("the Company") Holding(s) in Company The Company was informed on 30th January 2008 that Hargreave Hale Limited has anotifiable interest in 5,354,000* ordinary shares representing approximately17.26% of the voting rights attaching to shares of the capital of the Company. *4,735,000 of these shares are for unit trusts operated by Marlborough FundManagers Ltd, for which Hargreave Hale manages the investments on adiscretionary basis.
