Update
Further to its announcement of 18 March 2014 concerning the proposed increase of Mr. Oozi Cats, Telit's CEO and executive director, of his holdings in the Company, the Company makes the following update. The closing date for the proposed increase has been extended from 30 April 2014 to not later than 30 May 2014, subject to Mr. Cats having obtained a financing facility to satisfy the proposed increase. All other details announced on 18th March 2014 remain the same.
The Company will make a further announcement once the proposed increase has completed.
