Total Voting Rights

In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:

In August 2020, the Company issued 341,003 ordinary shares of 1p each via its existing blocklisting for its various existing share option plans, for the purpose of future share option plan allotments.

Accordingly, the issued share capital of Telit, as at 31 August 2020, comprises 133,032,294 ordinary shares, each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 133,032,294 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
