Total Voting Rights

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:

Following the placing of 11,593,000 new shares on May 10 2017, the issued share capital of Telit, as at 12 April 2017, comprises 128,101,488 Ordinary Shares, of which 340,496 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares which hold voting rights in the Company is 127,760,992. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
