Total Voting Rights
In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:
During the month of January 2013, 32,001 options over Telit ordinary shares were exercised. 26,667 options were exercised on 31 January 2013, however the shares were not issued until 1 February 2013.
Accordingly, the issued share capital of Telit, as at 1 February 2013, comprises 103,336,205 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure of 103,336,205 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Telit under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
