Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:
During the month of April 2011, 536,133 options over Telit Ordinary Shares were exercised. Of those options, 334,867 had been announced as registered for trading at the time of the Company's Blocklisting on 15 April 2011 with a further 201,266 options having been exercised since that date.
Accordingly, the issued share capital of Telit, as at 3 May 2011, comprises 101,584,617 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure of 101,584,617 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Telit Communications plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
