Total Voting Rights

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:

During the month of April 2015, 189,211 options over Telit ordinary shares were exercised.

Accordingly, the issued share capital of Telit, as at 30 April 2015, comprises 114,694,420 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 114,694,420 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Telit under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
