Total Voting Rights

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:

In September 2019, the Company issued 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each via its existing blocklisting for its various existing share option plans, for the purpose of future share option plan allotments.

Accordingly, the issued share capital of Telit, as at 30 September 2019, comprises 132,691,291 Ordinary Shares, each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 132,691,291 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
