Replacement: Total Voting Rights
The following amendment has been made to the Total Voting Rights announcement released on May 15 2017 at 3:36pm under RNS No 1783F.
The announcement noted above incorrectly stated that Telit's issued share capital, as at the 12 April 2017, comprised of 128,101,488 Ordinary Shares, of which 340,496 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. This date was incorrectly stated and should have been disclosed as being May 12 2017.
All other details remain unchanged.

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:
Following the placing of 11,593,000 new shares on May 10 2017, the issued share capital of Telit, as at May 12 2017, comprises 128,101,488 Ordinary Shares, of which 340,496 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares which hold voting rights in the Company is 127,760,992. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
