FCA investigation

London, 18 December 2018 - The Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") has notified Telit Communications PLC ("Telit", AIM: TCM) that it has expanded the scope of the ongoing investigation announced on 27 March 2018 to consider the accuracy of earlier announcements by Telit, including its trading update of 25 April 2017 and with regard to the placing, which was announced on 4 May 2017 and completed on 5 May 2017.

The Board of directors of Telit has changed entirely since the events in question.

Telit has cooperated fully with the FCA in its enquiries to date and will continue to do so.
