Director's Dealing
The Company announces that on 7 May 2014, GT S.r.l. ("GT"), a company in which Mr. Enrico Testa, the Company's chairman, is chairman and therefore deemed to be interested in its holdings, sold 2,535 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 235 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Mr. Testa will own or be directly interested in 24,947,822 Ordinary Shares, representing 22.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
As announced on 18 March 2014, and again on 29 April 2014, following the proposed acquisition by Oozi Cats, the Company's CEO and executive director, of 50% of Boostt B.V., Mr. Testa will own or be directly interested in 2,247,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.98% of the issued share capital of the Company.
