Director's dealing
The Company announces that it was informed today by Mr. Oozi Cats, its CEO and executive director, that Mariselia Ltd., a company in which Mr. Cats is the beneficial owner, has bought 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 215 pence per share. Following this acquisition, Mariselia now owns 361,620 shares.
Following the transaction, Mr. Cats owns or is directly interested in 22,861,977 Ordinary Shares, representing 20.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
