The Company announces that on 8 September 2015, Mr. Enrico Testa, the Company's chairman, sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 345 pence per share. These shares were sold by Mr. Testa in order to settle a personal tax liability.
Following the transaction, Mr. Testa owns, or is directly interested in, 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.87% of the issued share capital of the Company.
