The Company announces that it was notified on 23 March 2016 that on 23 March 2016, Mr. Enrico Testa, the Company's Chairman, purchased 17,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 219.7 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Mr. Testa owns, or is directly interested in, 1,055,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.92% of the total voting rights in the Company.
